Two Articles

Hi JoLab!   I miss all of you, and I’ve read some interesting items recently:

First, a hospital study, where genome sequencing was used to track a Klebsiella outbreak.  Despite the most rigorous precautions, the infection spread to multiple patients.  A very interesting example of sequencing versus culturing, which of course did not tell the whole story in this case.
